Travel up the A30 until you reach the Blackwater roundabout with the Little Chef on your left. Take the fifth exit off the roundabout sign posted Truro (A390). Travel along this road for about a 1/4 of a mile. Indicate to turn right as soon as you see Three Spires Nursery. The turning for Penstraze Business Centre is immediately past the Nursery.

 
Take the A390 through Truro past the Treliske Hospital and Threemilestone. Continue on the A390 past the turning for Chacewater on the left. Within 200 yards you will need to turn left where you will see the blue Penstraze Business Centre signs.
